[Mono-osx] Still trouble with 1.1.16

I just downloaded the 1.1.16.1 release of Mono and tested my  
relatively simple WinForms application on my iMac 17" with MacOS  
10.4.7 and I still get the failure when the application attempts to  
start. The excerpt from the console log is listed below.

Note that the following command in terminal returns the following  
result:

This same code loaded and executed under earlier mono versions,  
although there were problems with the WinForms portions.

Any ideas on what may be causing this?
