[Mono-osx] Mono 1.1.19 Problems

I downloaded the new 1.1.19 release and built my project again, which  
is a relatively simple WinForms application, but I get the following  
error. I have confirmed that the specified file (/Library/Frameworks/ 
Mono.framework/Versions/1.1.16/lib/libgdiplus.dylib) does exist, so  
this looks odd.
