I have been using Susan's Xcode plugin for the last week and have been
impressed with it. I want to put it into the ximian svn as a project so
people can take a look at it and hopefully contribute. Any objections? I am
aware of the debate over including it in the Mono installer, but I am not
proposing that.

I am new to Xcode so my contribututions may be slow in coming but here is a
small list of things:

* Upload to SVN as "CSPlugin"
* Convert pdf doc to wiki page on the Mono website.
* Update sample code templates to make them more VS2005-like (default
"using" should be a little different).
* Set a few default reference libraries.
* Edit some of the descriptions for the project build entries.

-- Longer term
* Integrate the resource generator so *.resx files can be easily processed.
* Integrate the macpack util
