[Mono-osx] Packet loss with sockets

I know the packets are not being resent by tcp, because they don't arrive, 
ever.  I'll enter a command in the client, and often the command is never 
received by the server whilst the server is running on the mac.  If tcp was 
resending, there would simply be a delay, but it never arrives.  Yet it 
works fine if the server is run in windows xp or SuSE linux (both dual 
booted on the same pc).

Anyways maybe it is a hardware issue.  I'll try hooking up a usb network 
card and see how that goes.
