[Mono-osx] Still trouble with 1.1.16

It occurs to me that not everyone is at Tiger 10.4.7, which is where  
the ppc problem is, nor would they all have X11R6 instaalled (and why  
is that needed anyway? only for expat, or for much more than tha?).  
Which is going to seriously complicate the install issue. It just  
occurred to me, so I have no solutions in mind yet other than two  
releases for ppc.
