[Mono-osx] no menus appear

Hi,

I try to get a simple Windows.Forms Application run on Mac OS X. I  
have Mono 1.1.9 installed on Mac OS X 10.4.2. My sample App compiles  
fine with mcs and I am able to create double clickable App with  
macpack. The problem is that no menu is appearing not in the standard  
menubar nor in the application window. Running the same .exe on  
WindowsXP is showing the menubar.

Is this a known issue (I wasn't able to find anything with Google  
anyway)? How can I solve this?
