[Mono-osx] system.drawing and libgdiplus

hi list,

i just installed the 1.1.11 and
the 2.0 version of system.drawing is missing its config file (try
find /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Libraries/mono/gac/System.Drawing )

copying the 1.0 file fixed my dll not found exception. is this simply forgotten
or not there for a good reason?
