[Mono-osx] Mono/OSX and .msi files

Sorry for the earlier question. So much for amateurs who try to make  
sense of all this _not_ monoculture of applications and dvp  
frameworks...

Ok, somebody just pointed me to the fact that Mono is not going to  
help me _run_ an app, but rather give me a chance to build it...
