[Mono-list] Adding Tizen support to Mono

I just spotted that my auto-correct changed "in-car entertainment systems"
to "incarceration entertainment systems"   :-)

Just to follow-up, I am very open to any kind of incentive system which
people think makes sense - bounty, split money between multiple people,
contribution to a charity or non-profit.

    GOAL - Tizen support in Mono
    INCENTIVE - Money

If you are willing and able to fill in the gaps in any way, let's talk!
