[Mono-list] Targeting .Net Framework

Hi,

Using XBuild Engine Version 12.0 and Mono Version 3.2.8.0, I am able to
compile and F# project.

However, in spite of specifying 4.0 as the target framework the binaries
seem to still target 4.5 -- as this is the error I get when running on
Windows Server 2003. Any ideas why? Thanks.
