[Mono-list] PreviewKeyDownEvent

hi,
i tried to reject non-digit characters in a textbox and found in msdn the
hint that i can
set
 event.IsInputKey = false
inside PreviewKeyDownEventHandler, so the KeyDownEvent is not raised. but
still it is.

maybe i dont actually understand ?!
