[Mono-list] Why do I get these warnings? (Lots of them)

I just picked this one at random,  It seems that whenever I use xbuild I get
lots of (similar) warnings
like this one:

How do I get rid of them?  I want the project to build on Windows(non-Mono)
and using Mono on linux.
