[Mono-list] Installing mono to cygwin

If you get errors with 3.0.1 as well, post the error messages so we can try
to assist. I'm not sure if Mono in Cygwin is a supported configuration
(I've never tried it myself) but posting the errors could allow people more
experienced than I am to try and assist :)
