[Mono-list] App: Cross Platform Programming

The logic is often the main part of the code, the UI is just a pretty
interface to show all the output from the logic. If you separate your app
into a data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer, you should only need
to change stuff in the UI layer across platforms. I'd call that
cross-platform :)
