[Mono-list] web server

Mono 2.10 is somewhat compatible with ASP.NET MVC, but I've found Mono 2.11
and Mono 3.0.x to be more reliable than 2.10. I encountered some issues
with Mono 2.10 that have since been fixed. Even though Mono 3 is a beta,
I'd recommend trying it out :)
