[Mono-list] Which build/development tools do you use?

I develop on Linux using Monodevelop and have plans to port to Windows. 
I am hoping/expecting that I will not have to use Visual Studio at all 
as I "should" be able to install my app (exe and dlls) directly on Windows.

Previously I had developed on Windows only using Visual Studio (.Net and 
WPF) but am in the process or rewriting the app to use Gtk# for a number 
of reasons. This is probably more information than you specifically 
asked for.
