[Mono-list] Which build/development tools do you use?

For those out there who are working hard on Mono projects, I have a quick
question. This is really just to satisfy my curiosity.

What's your workflow like? Do you develop on Windows with Visual Studio and
then install DLLs into a Mono environment?
Do you develop on Linux using just Mono based tools?
Or some combination of the above?
