[Mono-list] Using MonoDevelop for remote debugging

Mono tools for visual studio works, but it's only a 30 days evaluation version. I'm looking for a long term solution.
There is a form to get an activation code but I didn't receive any activation code after filling it.
Any idea why I didn't receive my activation code?
