[Mono-list] Using MonoDevelop for remote debugging

Yes, infact that is what you do to debug monodroid stuff, however, I've not managed to get it working.

An alternative is mono tools for visual studio though i've not tried that.

hopefully someone else will pop up and give us some instructions and good versions to choose from.
