[Mono-list] Where Did The Gtk# API Documentation Go?

I have never been able to get the local documentation to work on 
Windows, is that a common issue or am I doing something wrong? The local 
documentation works great on Linux though and I have had no issues with 
it or (until recently) the online documentation.
