[Mono-list] MSMQ Example Does Not Work

Thank you for the suggestion Robert.  RabbitMQ server was not installed.  So
I installed the following:
version 2.3.1-1ubuntu1(rabbitmq-server) - this is "An AMQP server written in
Erlang"
version 0.0.1-0ubuntu3(rabbitmq-plugins-common) - this is "configuration
file for rabbitmq-server"

Now, using the example code I get a different exception:
Unhandled Exception:
RabbitMQ.Client.Exceptions.OperationInterruptedException: The AMQP operation
was interrupted: AMQP close-reason, initiated by Peer, code=406,
text="PRECONDITION_FAILED - parameters for queue 'private$\testq' in vhost
'/' not equivalent", classId=50, methodId=10, cause=
  at RabbitMQ.Client.Impl.SimpleBlockingRpcContinuation.GetReply ()
[0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 

Anyone have any suggestions?  More importantly, can anyone suggest a simple
messaging mechanism for processes to send/receive messages that works in
Mono?
