[Mono-list] TextView Get VAdjustment

Thanks that would explain why I can't find it.

My root problem is that I want to create two GTK TextView's which share a
scrollbar. I want the two TextView's to scroll together. (Scrolling the
Scrollbar updates both TextView's and Navigating in one TextView updates
both the scrollbar and the other TextView)
