[Mono-list] WCF NetPeerTcpBinding

I've tried various different ways to initialise the mesh networking but all
have the same result. I've not tried to set it up via a config file yet as I
was under the impression that the config stuff was not totally complete
under mono.

It seems from this blog entry

that netpeertcpbinding does work (sort of) but there is no examlpe code.
