[Mono-list] mono process keeps using CPU even when the browser is closed

Thank, it worked!! you saved me a lot of time. 

I've been reading about the disabling mono watcher and I think it's ok for
my application. I mean, that according to the info I have the only use of
this watcher is to keep track of changes in the files of the server in order
to compile or restart the server. Is my assumption correct?
