[Mono-list] Mono programs fail to exit with NVIDIA OpenCL

It's indeed a signal hijacking by NVidia driver that is causing the problem
(see at the bottom of here:

Short story short, a NVidia guy said it was fixed in their development
version and that the fix will be released together with the next driver
iteration.
