[Mono-list] xsp2 crashes with missing method exception

I uninstalled mono 2.6 , installed 2.4 and copied those 2 files from 2.4
installation.

Running

C:\myapp\web>mono "C:\Program
Files\Mono-2.4.2.2\lib\mono\2.0\winhack\xsp2.exe"

causes exception below.

How to use Mono 2.4  web server in Windows Vista ?
