[Mono-list] xsp2 crashes with missing method exception

Those exceptions are normal when the browser closes a connection that
was being reused, but xsp does not crash on those. If you have a
reliable way of reproducing a crash, please use bugzilla
(http://www.mono-project.com/Bugs) to report the problem.
