[Mono-list] Error after Update 2.4 to Mono 2.6.1 Execute T-SQL Commands

Hello,

after Upgrade to Mono 2.6.1, i got some errors on SQLCommand
ExecuteNonQuery. ExecuteNonQuery returns -1. 

On SQL2005 Server i got this Exeception: 
"Der eingehende Tabular Data Stream (TDS) für das RPC-Protokoll (Remote
Procedure Call) ist nicht richtig. Parameter 27
("@Vor_ScheinAbrechnun☀Є..䀖嘀漀爀"): Der 0x5F-Datentyp ist unbekannt."

This error occurs only on calling the method with the SQLCommand over
Remoting Call. 
Execute the method over local NUnit Test works fine.

Has anybody an advice ?
