[Mono-list] Reports in Mono/C#

Another option that I may be putting into use myself soon is using the
t4 templating engine.  Usually it's used to generate code but you can
use it to generate any sort of text document.  In my case I'm very
comfortable doing layout in HTML / CSS so I plan to write out reports
in that format.
