[Mono-list] Running xsp as service

As previously discussed, using latest Apache + mod_mono + mod_mono_server 
for windows asmx web services
causes server to stop accepting service calls after 2 minutes of work.

Using IIS means to use closed source web service engine which violates my 
requirements.
