I have no idea and I also don't believe that somebody else can
help you with Apache + mod_mono under Vista.

Why don't you use a more common platform? Or at least stick
with something that it supposed to work under Windows, like XSP.
That beast is perfectly suitable for testing an ASP.NET application
on Windows before deploying it on Linux.

I don't say that Apache + mod_mono under Vista isn't important,
but it's probably on place 342 on Mono team's TODO list.
