[Mono-list] State of 64-bit support on OS X

Hi,

[this is a repost because I did not get any replies on the OS X list]

according to http://mono-project.com/Supported_Platforms there is currently no official support for 64-bit OS X.

Is this information still accurate?
Is there any work going on in svn to support 64-bit applications on OS X?

I am interesting in running code from a 64-bit application on OS X. No GUI support is needed. Is this realistic in the near future?
