[Mono-list] Name of the CSharp Shell

Sorry if there is an obvious reason why you can't do this, but why can't it
just be called "mono"? So if it's called with no arguments it'll run in an
interactive mode... If the code for the shell is in a seperate project, then
you could either merge it, or dynamically link into it...
