[Mono-list] Mono 2.0 RC1 - Error starting xsp with apache (RHEL 4 x64)

Hey Pedro,
    It seems that you're running apache as a non-root user, and that 
that user doesn't have permissions to remove the file 
'/tmp/mod_mono_dashboard_default_2.lock'. You might want to try removing 
it manually.
