[Mono-list] Learn C# without Visual Studio

My first contact with c# was with the book learning c#, he focuses on visual
studio too (just one or two capitule), but you can abstract all that vs
stuff. What you really need to know is how a class works, how a garbage
collector works, whats means an abstract class, interfaces etc.
Visual Studio only make things more easy with drag and drop, and gui tools.
