[Mono-list] Updated Mono installation on Debian

In similar situations after downloading  and installing the binary package I 
had to get the mod_mono source, compile mod_mono and install it. Running 
different versions of mod_mono and mono gives me the kind of problem you 
report.

Don't forget the mono-prefix settings if you build mod_mono
