We called them BOFs for lack of a better name, but the reality is that
we want to have lots of face-to-face time for people, and we kind of
wanted to run part of the Mono Summit as an un-conference.

In fact, am a bit concerned that we have that many sessions already.   

"Meet the Experts" is an idea that we took from Microsoft's events.
Basically its a time where we have all of the Mono developers and
contributors in an area grouped by subject where you can ask questions
that matter to you "How do I..?" kind of thing.
