[Mono-list] Compiling and Install Monodevelop on Mac OS X.

bronxbomber92,

   We're currently working on providing binary packages, once we have  
the process tweaked we will wiki how to do it all from source (read:  
soon).  To summarize quickly; build gtk+ from jhbuild with imendios  
jhbuildrc, you have to patch glib as mentioned in my blog, and then  
after doing dll mapping you should be good to go.
