[Mono-list] Compiling and Install Monodevelop on Mac OS X.

Is there any instructions on how to build and install the nessecary packages
(gtk+, gtk#, ect..) on Mac OS X. I've tried to install GTK, but I don't know
what to install (which gtk), and how to install it.
