Or just use an established site like CodeProject.Org;  there is already
a link to it from the MonoDevelop splash page.  There are Mono oriented
articles and you can submit articles.   Most .NET stuff isn't really
Mono specific anyway.  Posting an article on a site like CodeProject
will score it allot more eyes.
