[Mono-list] How to start a process with su credentials?

Hi!

I was just wondering how I could start a process as super user?
I want to make a small application that toggles my Celeron M CPU throttling
(by writing to /proc/acpi/processor/C000/throttling) and thus I need
superuser access...

How would a good implementation of kdesu or something like that look like?
