[Mono-list] Mono on CD

I have searched, unsuccessfully, for information on how to run Mono
off of a CD. Is there some information on this somewhere?

Basically what I want to do is author a CD that has mono on it and
launch an application written in mono. I do not want the user to
install anything or have to reboot. Ideally I would be able to run the
CD on any supported platform (Linux, Mac, Windows). Does anybody have
any information?
