[Mono-list] FW: Bug in LosFormatter

Hi All,

We've discovered one issue, i.e. System.Web.UI.LosFormatter class,
method Serialize() in .Net returns string coded in Base64, but in Mono
1.1.15_2 returned string is not coded. Does anyone else faced with this
stuff? 

I have reported it as a bug:

Here attached simple test that exemplify this problem.
