Open /usr/lib/xsp/1.0/asp-state.exe.config with you favorite
editor and change the type attribute from

type="System.Web.SessionState.RemoteStateServer, System.Web"

to

type="System.Web.SessionState.RemoteStateServer, System.Web, 
Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a"
