[Mono-list] mdcs2ecma dependent libraries problem

When I run mdcs2ecma in the way suggested on the WIKI, e.g.

mdcs2ecma doc.xml A.dll new-doc.xml lib

then I get a problem that dependent libraries are not found, and I get an
error message like

"An error occured: log4net, Version=1.2.9.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b32731d11ce58905"

I can't find any documentation about how I make mdcs2ecma aware of the
location of dependent assemblies.

Can someone help?
