[Mono-list] mod_mono problem

Duh, I forgot to install the new Npgsql 0.7.1.0 assembly on my web server.
It's running just fine on Windows now.  I still haven't figured out why its
not working on my Linux machine, but I probably need to install some
assemblies in the GAC.  I'll give that a try and see how it works.
