[Mono-list] New Mono Patches List.

Hello,

    I have set up a Google Group for those who are interested in keeping
track of the patches to Mono.  Although we have an existing mailing
list, the mailing list is often loosing messages and the queue gets
easily overloaded and we go for long periods of time without service.

    If you are interested in reading the Mono Patches List, you might
want to use the new Google Groups interface:

	http://groups.google.com/group/mono-patches-list

    This does not replace the current setup, it will be running in
parallel.
