Please post concerns about MonoDevelop to monodevelop-list in the future
(http://lists.ximian.com/).  The problem is likely that gtk#1.9.3 was
released after monodevelop 0.6, and the release notes did not specify
the version of gtk# to use with the gecko-sharp release.  Much of what
you mentioned has been discussed there already.
