[Mono-list] mono on FC4 - let's get it working!

I know this for a fact as I've been running it quite happily on rawhide
(from FC1 to what is to become FC5) and it's quite happy. There was a
time when there was a problem due to gcc 4 which IIRC Ben fixed.

Cairo comes with libgdiplus so you don't really need to get it from
freedesktop (plus it's now in one of the main FC repositories).

Now it may be the case for the standard branches, but I know it's not
the case most certainly for the dev branch.
