[Mono-list] Problem with Windows .NET and Mono.Security

Paco,
No, I didn't try v1.1.4 since the Mono website refers to it as the "unstable"
version. But by your recommendation/suggestion, I I uninstalled v1.0.6 and
installed v1.14 and I am pleased to say it works now.
